Our athletes had some BIG goals this past weekend for Ironman Canada and I’m blown away buy the results.

Teresa Rider not only destroyed the long held course record by 40+ minutes but also destroyed the 50-54 AG by nearly 1 hour with her sensation time of 10:34! What a return to Ironman T… Oh and check out that bike split on that course. Damn fast on her Kestrel Airfoil Pro SLSE.

Scott Jones, who happens to be Teresa’s hubby, and works 3 jobs and not because he has but because he loves too. United pilot, Navy Capt. and also a great triathlon coach went out and had what he described as a very tough day and even contemplated calling it a day. Joneser won his 45-59 AG on an average day (I wrote an athlete muse on average days which I will post here) and got some PB’s along the way. PB run split, PB IMC split and won AG by 10 minutes! Awesome work Joneser and what a team!

Way to go team and lets keep it rolling.
