So I am part of this mastermind group- and for those that do not understand what that is. It is simply an alliance of two or more individuals dedicating themselves to a specific goal.

Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich, first defined the mastermind as a “coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose.”

Now that you know what a mastermind group is, I am part of one which see’s me travel a few times a year to meet up, to learn from and help each other out for the attainment of our individual definite purpose. 

While our modes of doing things are different, I believe the end goal is the same. That is helping people, our customers and followers to get want they want. How freaking cool is that?

We have all decided to make change. We are dedicated to changing peoples lives for the better through each of our own passions. While my mission is to change the face of training for long course triathlon- that is creating exceptional performances on less total training while positively effecting long term health, some of my peers are changing lives through dieting, fat loss, working through injuries, smarter training and much more.

As Will Smith says in the clip above, nothing is unrealistic- being realistic is the fast track to living a life of mediocrity.

All it takes to live the life you want is making a decision, backed by unfaltering belief, focus and work. Yes get down and dirty with some good honest hard work. Nothing moves until you do.
