Jingilli (Olive Oil Brand we use) Salad Dressing
- 4 tablespoons Jingilli or any extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar or for a change use red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of mild mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of agave nectar
- season with Celtic or Himalayan sea salt and cracked pepper
To mix the salad dressing we have just used an old small jar with the lid. Pour all dressing ingredients in, close lid and shake well. Make more than you need so you have it on hand for a few days.
