Today I have Dr Emily Splichal on the podcast. I was introduced to Dr Emily by a good friend of mine who used to head up Trigger Point in NZ and I knew as soon as her website loaded, I needed to have her on the podcast.
This quote by Leonardo Di Vinci “THE HUMAN FOOT IS A MASTERPIECE OF ENGINEERING AND A WORK OF ART” and then her intro paragraph on us holding the power to our own health and well-being and that we need to take ownership and commit to the plans and necessary steps needed to improve our lives. Boom.
This conversation really follows on from my one with Jay Dicharry on Running Rewired. There is simply stuff we need to do if we want to not only keep playing (our sports) but playing for the long term. Movement is freedom folks and to have freedom we need to move.
