Wow, the 250th episode… and it’s one that can definitely help your performances. The unfortunate truth is we all get niggles and injuries that aren’t fun. They kill consistency (which kills performance) and they can cause a helluva lot of frustration which is a massive killjoy.

The problem with running is we just go out and do it. No though other than one foot in front of the other. But where are we starting from? Do we wave muscles that are unplugged? What sort of movement blocks do we have?

He has been able to blend the fields of clinical practice and engineering to better understand and eliminate the cause of overuse injuries in endurance athletes. His unique approach works outside of the traditional model of therapy to correct imbalances before they affect performance.
