Success is relative! At TriSpecific we aim to guide you to your full athletic potential… in saying that your athletic potential cannot be separated from your life circumstances. What we mean is that we can see two athletes of equal ability who WILL perform differently if one has to work long days to make ends meet and the other has the ability to dedicate themselves to basically ‘full-time’ training and recovery.

As athletes we do need to take in this reality and match our goals to our circumstances and our ability to train for performance while enhancing our life and general well-being.

So instead of checking your success against another athlete whom you have no control over what so ever, check it against the hurdles you overcome to where you’re going. If you do what I mentioned in the previous post “The Goal” you’ll be successful.
