WaterBody and Water You most likely know that our body's are made up of somewhere between 70-80% water. When we have moisture in our body's it performs better. It is a fact that the greater water we have the better we function, our joints become lubricated, our eyesight is better, our mind is clearer, the synapses in are brain are sharper and our muscle tissue is healthier. Water is Water, tea, coffee and, juices are not water! Water is a universal solvent that allows the body and physiology to function. Water surrounds all our cells and molecules within cells and the tiny organs within molecules. If we have plenty of water molecules then the organs and enzymes start to function properly. When we drink plenty of water we can feel the freshness and vitality it provides. Water purifies, tonifies and detoxifies our physiology. Being endurance athletes getting enough water in is critical to performance. Most people let alone athletes are literally dehydrated, all the joint pain, muscle stiffness, headaches are caused by a lack of water. A dehydrated muscle is more likely to tear or become injured. When you start to drink you will see changes within your physiology the following day. It been said before but make a habit of drinking more water.
