TriSpecific Self Sufficient Plans

Need an custom-designed individualised program that will get you from where you are to where you want to be but don't want the expense off the personal added extras. Happy to make your own adjusments due to unforseen circumstances... Whether you need a specific base, strength or race prep build then this is the program for you.

What you get:

  • A 12 week custom-designed individualised program based on initial assessment and goals.   
  • Online logbook through www.trainingpeaks.com that allows you to track your progress plus a whole lot more.  
  • All workouts are specific to your particular needs, goals, and personal schedule as determined by your initial assessment. Daily workouts include heart rate zones, duration, and comments by your coach (me). Power training is available upon request. Well-placed overload and recovery methods/periods boost your fitness and enable you to peak for your A-level event.  
  • TriSpecific athlete folder with information on goal setting, racing, nutrition, recovery methods and more

Terms of coaching and fees:

Self sufficient means that the athlete will need to make adjustments to their program once it is set up. There is no 1:1 email after the program is set and no phone.

$400/ 12 week plan

  • Once having completed a 12 week program the athlete can continue on a per 4 week block basis @ $130/per 4 weeks. Each subsequent 4 week block is individualised based on a new questionnaire.
