TriSpecific Personal Online Coaching

This is more than just coaching, you get a mentor for all your training, racing and personal needs to achieve your best in sport. There are no limits to what you can achieve except those you place on yourself.

What you get:

  • A custom-designed program typically delivered in four week blocks.
  • An individualised and flexible plan to maximise your potential for your race season and training year.
  • Unlimited email contact
  • Online logbook and training plan assignments through www.trainingpeaks.com that keeps the coach/athlete relationship alive through a linked training log and communication. We get to track your kilometres, graph your progress, upload your training data — this systems is powerful and has you covered.
  • All workouts are specific to your particular needs, goals, and personal schedule as determined by your initial assessment. Daily workouts include heart rate zones, duration, and comments by your coach (me). Power training is available upon request. Training intensity is monitored via a heart rate monitor and/or power device. Well-placed overload and recovery methods/periods boost your fitness and enable you to peak for your A-level event.
  • Periodised strength training and core routine are also included in such a way to enhance the effect of the training program.
  • Daily review of training log entries & data to make sure you are on track with the program and are following peak and recovery guidelines.
  • Regular adjustment of your training program and workouts (when required). These are determined by assessing your weekly training log.
  • Phone contact at the athletes initiative (maximum of two hours per month).
  • Pre-event tactics and strategy planning as well as post-event analysis.

Terms of coaching and fees:

There is a minimum commitment of 6 months and even still to get the most benefits from a coach/athlete relationship a commitment of 12 months is more realistic on achieving goals.

Personal Online Coaching is $250 per 4 weeks

Initial set up fee is $150

  • Includes program set up
  • Face to face meeting for local athletes or a coach initiated phone call for long distance/international athletes.

Easy recurring coaching payments, your account will be debited once every 4 weeks * This subscription can be stopped at any time. NB. There is a 6 month minimum client commitment.
