How Committed are YOU?
I have spoken previously about consistency and i believe commitment and consistency go hand in hand.
I read the other day a statement that said "if we only trained on the days we felt great, we would never really get anything done, would we?"
Now rarely do we feel great every single day, however every single day there is work to be done, action to be taken. You need to find your commitment level and find a way to get it done.
What is your commitment level? what are you after? if its to be the best you can be (in a certain endeavor) than that has a price and you need to be willing to pay it to even come close to realising what your best may be.
So there are many things you will be committed too, family, work, health, and training to name a few. If you have the commitment and back that up with consistent application of all the small things that add up to BIG things then you are well on your way to greater success than many people will ever attain.
